Tina is an exceptional Pilates and Weight Training instructor! In addition to her super positive attitude and relatable personality, she is very knowledgeable about human anatomy and body mechanics, and is able to tailor workouts to my individual needs. Tina’s well-equipped home studio provides a perfect environment for private and semi-private workouts.
For the past 3 ½ years, I’ve been going to Tina for weekly Pilates sessions. By far, she is the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had! Each session is different and gives a fully body workout. In small group setting (3 people), she gives each person careful attention, makes corrections and provides modifications based on needs. Plus, she keeps it a lot of fun!
